Royal Run

A blend of community spirit and high-performance energy, developing the multi-channel assets for the Royal Run campaign was all about agility and visual cohesion. As part of the design team at Boozt, I was tasked with executing a comprehensive 360-degree digital campaign that scaled across our entire ecosystem—from onsite banners and emails to paid ads, social media, and Digital Out of Home (DOOH) screens.

The core challenge lay in the limited raw materials available to us. Without custom-tailored photography for each specific platform, the project demanded a highly strategic and inventive approach to ensure that the campaign's athletic excitement felt seamless and premium across radically different screen dimensions.

Scaling Through Constraints

To bridge the gap between our restricted image library and a massive cross-platform rollout, I relied heavily on creative digital manipulation. Using Photoshop to extend backgrounds, reframe motion blurs, and re-compose key elements, I was able to transform a handful of source assets into a versatile toolkit capable of filling everything from vertical Instagram stories to sweeping digital billboards.

"Creative constraints often spark the most innovative design solutions, forcing you to look at a single asset and see a dozen different possibilities."

Maintaining absolute visual consistency while adapting layouts for Boozt onsite, newsletters, and paid socials required a meticulous eye for detail. Every asset format was carefully balanced so that the typography, partner branding, and dynamic running imagery maintained their punchy, high-energy impact regardless of where the customer encountered them.

The Impact

By combining resourceful problem-solving with a unified layout strategy, we turned a limited set of materials into a widespread, vibrant campaign that successfully captured the momentum of the event.

  • True 360-degree rollout – Successfully deployed unified campaign visuals across Boozt onsite, email marketing, social media, paid ads, and DOOH.

  • Resourceful execution – Maximized a restricted image library by utilizing advanced Photoshop techniques to build entirely new compositions and extensions.

  • Consistent brand narrative – Maintained a cohesive, high-energy aesthetic across widely varying aspect ratios and user touchpoints.

  • Optimized for engagement – Balanced dynamic movement with clear, crisp typography to drive strong interaction for the ticket and gift card giveaways.

This project proved that you don’t always need endless resources to create a massive visual footprint. By focusing on smart technical execution and collaborative planning, our team successfully energized users across every digital channel, proving that great design can completely transform limited materials.
